Youth Wellness

The Youth Wellness program offers interactive classroom workshops to students from grades 6 to 12 in both the separate and public school boards. The aim of the program is to enhance students’ knowledge, attitudes and skills regarding the promotion of mental, emotional and social well-being. Workshops are age appropriate and provide opportunities for students to develop healthy coping strategies, de-mystify and de-stigmatize mental illness, and to normalize help seeking for oneself and others.
